1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our website and case flow.
2. What we do
- Readable text with sufficient contrast, and meaningful headings and labels;
- Full keyboard access, with visible focus and keyboard shortcuts in the case flow;
- Reduced motion for people who prefer it;
- Layouts that work on small screens and with zoom; and
- Letters available as page text, plain‑text downloads, and printable PDFs.
