Our role
Copyright Hawk is a copyright enforcement service that acts as the authorized agent of the rights owner. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice, represent clients in court, or recover damages.
What a case includes, in order
- Takedown reports filed with the platforms and hosts where your work appears, backed by your evidence;
- A text and email to the business about the takedown, and the damages they could face;
- Follow‑ups by text and email until they take it down, respond, or dispute it, with phone calls on monthly plans;
- A cease‑and‑desist letter you approved, sent if they don’t answer;
- A documented case file built for legal action, with updates to you by text; and
- Help finding an independent copyright attorney if it needs to go further.

What isn’t included
We don’t file lawsuits or appear in court, give legal advice, collect damages for you, register copyrights, or guarantee what another party or platform will do.
One case, clearly defined
One rights owner, one original work, one party using it, and up to three links on any platforms. A different work, owner, or party needs a separate case.
When we pause
Questions about ownership, trademark, voice, likeness, or a counter‑notice need review or an attorney, not an automatic accusation. We pause and tell you what we found.
