1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and password;
- Case details, such as links to the copies, descriptions of your work, the rights owner’s name, registration status, and notes;
- Files and evidence you upload, such as your original work, screenshots, and agreements;
- Contact details for the business or account using your work, if you provide them;
- Payment details, which are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers; and
- Messages you send us, and any approvals and confirmations you give.
Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and similar log data, plus the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
Information from others: responses from platforms, hosts, and recipients to the actions we take, and publicly available information about where your work appears.
3. How we use it
- To run your cases: filing takedowns, contacting and following up with the parties involved, and preparing and sending letters you approve;
- To keep you updated by email, text message, and in your account;
- To process payments and manage subscriptions;
- To verify identity and authorization, and to prevent fraud and abuse of the Services;
- To keep records you can export, and that you or your attorney can use later;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Services; and
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private files or case contents to train AI models.
5. Text messages and phone calls
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive case updates by text. Message frequency varies with your cases, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. When we contact businesses about the use of your work, we use business contact details provided to us or publicly listed, and we honor every request to stop. Our SMS & Calls Terms have the details.
6. How long we keep it
We keep case records for as long as your account is open, and afterward for as long as needed to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and support legal action you may take. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we will delete it unless we are required to keep it, for example because of a legal hold.
7. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls that limit each account to its own data, and restricted staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a portable format;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time;
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
- Appeal our decision on a request, or complain to a data protection authority.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.
10. Children
The Services are not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, with safeguards required by applicable law.
12. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Services before it takes effect.
