How Copyright Hawk uses text messages and phone calls, for you and for the businesses we contact about your work.

1. Texts to you
When you add your mobile number and opt in, Copyright Hawk sends you text messages about your cases: actions taken, replies received, deadlines, and results. We don’t send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them. Consent isn’t a condition of buying anything.
2. Texts and calls to businesses
When you open a case, we may text the business or account using your work (and call them, on plans that include calls), at contact details you provide or that the business has made public, to tell them about the takedown and ask them to remove your work. These messages come only from the numbers listed on our Verified page, and identify us, the case reference, and the reason we’re contacting them. We never ask the people we contact to pay us by text or phone. Anyone we contact can reply STOP, or ask on a call, and we will stop contacting that number.
3. Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us; we will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email [support@yourdomain.com]. You can opt back in by replying START or updating your settings.
4. Costs and carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Privacy
We handle phone numbers and message content as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
